1. What Information We Collect
When you submit our quote-request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address; the service you're interested in; optional vehicle details (year, make, model, notes); your preferred contact method and, if provided, a preferred date/time window; any message you write; how you heard about us; and your consent choices. We also automatically capture basic technical/attribution information (the page you submitted from, referring site, and marketing-campaign parameters, if present) to help us understand how visitors find us.
2. How It's Used
We use this information to follow up about your request, provide a quote, and maintain internal service records. We do not sell the information you submit to third parties.
3. Third Parties Involved
We use Cloudflare, including its Turnstile service, to help protect our form against spam and abuse. Once selected, we may also use a transactional email provider to deliver internal notifications about new requests — we'll name that provider here once it's finalized.
4. Data Retention / Deletion Requests
We retain submitted request information for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain service records. If you'd like us to delete your information, contact us using the details on ourContact page — a direct email/phone contact point for privacy requests will be published here once confirmed.
